Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on the 2nd of December, 1981, in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model who is well-known for her appearances in both film and TV series. Brandt began her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her character Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade she has appeared in many television shows, including those that of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt plays Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt grew up at Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she moved to Auckland New Zealand along with her parents and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel began when she began working in retail and recruitment for information technology. In 2009 she was cast as a character on a New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. in 2021, her debut role in the spotlight was in the role of Naevia the slave girl in the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. As well, she has been playing the role of Naevia since the prequel miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix popular show Lucifer. Her biggest role is this one. The show co-stars her with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
