Anita Barone
Anita Barone, a stage actress with a range of abilities, mainly involved in sitcoms on TV and got the most coveted chance to shine as the wife of Jeff Foxworthy on the ABC show "The Jeff Foxworthy Show" that aired for a single season from 1995 to 1996. Barone's first stage appearance was at the age of five years old, in Detroit which was where her family been relocated following their move out of St Louis. When she was 23, Barone appeared in over 50 productions. The majority of these were in regional and university theaters. Among her stage roles were Juliet as Juliet in "Romeo as well as Juliet," Helen Keller in a production from "Monday Following the Miracle" and the character of Agnes, a young tortured nun, from "Agnes of God." The actress made her screen debut with a tiny role on the screen in "The Rozary Murders" (1987) and also had some time as a character in "Ricochet" (1991) as well as she was given a role as the lead actress on the indie romance comedy "Just Friends" (1996). Barone had her first notable Hollywood work as a member of Carol & Company (NBC, 1990-91) which was a failed attempt to be a part of Carol Burnett in trying to revive the comedy sketch series. Barone also starred in the"Wounded Heart" USA Network movie, "Wounded Heart". She eventually returned to her weekly sitcom routine, costarring with Michael Chiklis on "Daddio".
